Gibson Brothers es un grupo de música procedente de Martinica. Ellos mismos definen su género como “disco salsa”, al hacer una mezcla de sonidos latinos con música disco. Su más grande momento de fama fue durante fines de los años setenta y principios de los ochenta. Sus más grandes éxitos son “Qué Será Mi Vida” (un número cinco en el UK Singles Chart de Gran Bretaña), “Mariana” y “Cuba”, el tema que hoy nos ocupa.
